A few of her drama productions debuted as presentations in New York and Mexico. Her drama troupe received a rank of Excellent in the North Carolina Theatre Conference (NCTC) competition. She taught drama camps in Wilson County and throughout the City of Raleigh; including hosting workshops for The City of Wilson at the Wilson Arts Council from 2005 to 2007 and Raleigh Little Theatre. Ms. Webb is now embracing another venture in her theatre career. "Hay Now!" Theatre Productions. "Hay, Now!", as it is affectionately referred, was birthed while teaching at Goldsboro High School (GHS). In the spring of 2001, GHS Goldsmasqures drama club partnered with "Hay Now!", took the gospel musical, Mama, I Want to Sing to the auditorium of Fike High School (Wilson, NC). The production of that performance was the catalyst for "Hay, Now!" to become what it is today.

Presently, Ms. Webb is teaching at Mills Park Middle School where she has taught drama since 2010.
